01 / The challenge
The problem to solve
Customers and service providers needed a single mobile experience for finding services, creating profiles and starting conversations.
The product needed to serve two connected audiences: people looking for help and providers presenting their services. Discovery, account setup, provider profiles and conversations had to work as parts of one journey rather than disconnected screens.
My role was to build the mobile app from scratch and integrate it with backend services. I structured the Flutter code around separate feature, state, repository and service layers so marketplace and messaging functionality could continue to evolve.

- Built the mobile app from scratch with a feature-based architecture separating screens, state, repositories and services.
- Connected marketplace discovery, authentication, profiles and provider onboarding to backend services.
- Implemented real-time messaging, push notifications and biometric authentication to support everyday use.
- Worked on Android release readiness, including the target API update for Google Play compliance.
